Functional properties of p53 mutants

With this option you can search for functional activities of p53 mutant proteins that are included in two different datasets. Dataset 1 includes various types of biological activities assessed in yeast or human cells, and dataset 2 includes transactivation activities assessed in yeast assays (more details here).

Search various biological activities assessed in human or yeast cells:

Codon number = (1 to 394)    or  Codon number >  and/or  <
WT_AA = (e.g. his or STOP) Mutant AA = (e.g. his or STOP)
