TP53 Gene Status In Cell-lines

With this option you can search for cell-lines that have been screened for TP53 gene mutation. Data were extracted from published papers and from the Sanger Cancer Cell Line Project (identified as Ref_ID 2056 in the result table). Please note that several cell_lines linked to Ref_ID 2056 (COSMIC database) were wrongly annotated as WT in previous releases. This mistake has been corrected in the current version.

* selection of a mutation type will return a list of cell-lines carrying this mutation, but only the selected mutation will be displayed.
To view the complete mutation status of a specific cell-line (some cell-lines may contain several mutations), make a new query with the cell-line name.
