The dataset that can be downloaded here is a compilation of cell-lines that have been screened for TP53 mutation and reported in the scientific literature or in the Sanger Cancer Cell Line Project. Cell-lines with a mutant TP53 gene are also included in the dataset of somatic mutations.

Important note: some cell-lines are listed more than once with different TP53 status when different results have been reported by different sources.
