Online Analysis Of Somatic Mutations

With this option you can select a type of tumor and retrieve the type of somatic mutations that have been reported for this tumor type. You can display three types of information: mutation pattern (proportion of mutations grouped by type of base change), mutation effect (proportion of mutations grouped by type of effect on the coding sequence), codon distribution (position of single-base substitutions in the coding sequence), and function pattern (frequency of single base substitutions labeled with functional consequences and ordered according to their mutation rate). The data can be downloaded from the chart window. Annotations are described in the database guide.
